3. AI-assisted recruitment tools
We may use AI-assisted tools to support parts of our recruitment process. These tools can help us organize and review applications, identify relevant experience, or summarize candidate information based on predefined role criteria.
All hiring decisions are made by our human recruitment team — AI tools may be used only as supportive aids to improve efficiency and consistency, never as the sole basis for a decision.
4. How we store and process your data
Your personal data is handled by Supergreen’s recruitment team, who are responsible for reviewing and managing applications in a secure and confidential manner.
All recruitment data is processed and stored within Google Workspace, which we use for email, file storage, calendar management and document management for recruitment purposes.
Whenever data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (for example, due to Google’s infrastructure), we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected.
5. How long we keep your data
We store your application data for up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless:

You are hired (in which case your data moves into our HR systems), or

You consent to us keeping your information for future roles.
After that, your data will be securely deleted.
