Our Story

The story of Supergreen

Aleksi and I founded Supergreen in late 2024. Soon after, Miikka, Kasper, Matti and Aleksi joined the founding team. From the very beginning, it almost felt too good to be true: a company we literally own together, and a team of exceptional people who seem to know no limits, especially when it comes to engineering.

But why Supergreen?

Europe is full of industrial companies that produce real things: food, medicine, transportation equipment, defence products, metals, machinery, chemicals, electronics, wood products, plastics, paper and energy. The list goes on.

These companies are focused on excellence in what they produce and on serving their customers better every day. At the same time, we are living through a profound technological shift. AI is changing how businesses operate by making processes more optimised, automated and integrated across the value chain.

European industrial companies need to continuously strengthen their digital capabilities. To stay competitive, serve customers better and improve sustainability, digital needs to become part of their strategic core, and it needs to serve them - agile and fast. We founded Supergreen to help make that happen. We want to see globally competitive and sustainable European industrial companies.

What is in our toolbox?

We have spent years working with industrial companies home and abroad. We have improved efficiency and driven growth. The core systems are already there: ERPs, MESs and data platforms. What we see on top of that foundation is a massive opportunity to optimise, automate and integrate business processes across those systems.

We are capturing this opportunity by building an AI layer on top of existing systems to optimise processes and connect slower moving base systems.

This approach is user-centric, highly flexible, fast to deploy and cost-efficient. It enables organisations to learn and improve at a speed that was previously out of reach. Even more importantly, it allows us to tackle processes that are more complex, less structured and harder to automate than ever before.

We are building a modular AI platform: a connecting layer on top of existing business systems for industrial companies. And it already works.

It’s time to build for competitiveness and for our planet,
Matti
